He said, “I feel whoever loses that fight will have to retire for sure. I feel like I think GGG is going to have an amazing fight someway, somehow. Obviously, there’s Canelo, but I just have a sense that GGG is gonna have a performance of a lifetime. I’m gonna say GGG.” Garcia feels that will put on a “performance of a lifetime” and beat Alvarez to close out the trilogy. This is certainly a bold choice by The Flash as he did not pick his former teammate Alvarez to win the fight. Moreover, Alvarez will be the favorite to win coming into this fight as Golovkin is now 40 years old and in the last stages of his career. Albeit, Garcia backed the Kazakh boxer and believes that he will be able to pull a rabbit out of the hat to take home the bragging rights.
