Print a message: Open the message you want to print, then select More > Print Message. Choose your printer settings and select Print.Print contacts: Open the Contacts pane and check the boxes next to the ones you want to print. Then select Printer > Selected Contacts.Print a calendar: Go to the Calendar pane and select Calendar View. Choose Month, Week, or Day. Then, select More > Print. If you don't want to print the entire page, highlight the section you want to print. Go to the toolbar above the message and select the More button.
