In that year, every other cast member on the show would go on to complain that the child star wasn't ready to take on this gig. It got so bad that he was replaced in the second season by Brian Forster, though the official reason for his departure was his family moving. 2. Kirk Cameron and Julie McCullough (Growing Pains)

McCullough's experiences modeling in Playboy rubbed the evangelical Christian the wrong way. Cameron reportedly complained about McCullough's past to producers and demanded that she be written out of the show. While Cameron says the character's arc was meant to be short, McCullough says she was fired, a move that was alienating to others on set. 3. Jamie Foxx and LL Cool J (Any Given Sunday)

LL thought Foxx was taking things a little too seriously, while Foxx thought LL was doing the same. A scripted verbal argument quickly turned into an unscripted physical one, putting the whole cast and crew on edge. The two allegedly exchanged a few more blows before the film wrapped, but they've made up in the years since. 4. Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd (Moonlighting)

This began what would become a series of conflicts between the two. As things became worse between them, crew members would have to go to lengths to make sure both stars were getting equal treatment. Some of their scenes together were even shot with body doubles to ensure they minimized their time together. 5. Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny (The X-Files)

The reason? The stars started driving each other nuts from all the time they were spending together. 6. Julia Roberts and Nick Nolte (I Love Trouble)

Roberts called Nolte "completely disgusting" and said he "seems to go out of his way to repel people."In response, Nolte said, "It's not nice to call someone 'disgusting.' But she's not a nice person. Everyone knows that." 7. Will Smith and Janet Hubert (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air)

The situation was made so unbearable for all that when writers tried to cut back on Janet's part, she left the show, forcing a recast. The two recently reconciled after not speaking for 27 years. 8. Rose McGowan and Alyssa Milano (Charmed)

In that regard, McGowan picked up right where Doherty left off. Though the two managed to work together, McGowan slammed Milano for making their set "toxic" in a Twitter exchange in 2020. 9. Val Kilmer and Tom Sizemore (Red Planet)

When Sizemore requested a fancy elliptical be shipped to their set, Kilmer chided the actor and brought up the difference in what they were being paid for the film. On another occasion, Sizemore threw a weight at Kilmer, and the two began fighting, leading everyone on set to decide it was better for them to film separately. 10. Teri Hatcher and the entire cast of Desperate Housewives

During a Vanity Fair shoot in 2005, Hatcher annoyed her co-stars by insisting she be in the middle of their group photo and that she would get first pick at the wardrobe. ABC tried to intervene in the other women's favor, but Hatcher held out until she got what she wanted. 11. Freddie Prinze Jr. and Kiefer Sutherland (24)

"I did 24; it was terrible. I hated every moment of it," Prinze told ABC News. "Kiefer was the most unprofessional dude in the world. That's not me talking trash; I'd say it to his face. I think everyone that's worked with him has said that." 12. Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush (One Tree Hill)

Instead of respecting that, Bush has claimed producers drudged up drama for ratings and poked at their personal lives behind the scenes, slamming the behavior as "opportunistic and ugly." 13. Naya Rivera and Lea Michele (Glee)

"As the show progressed, though, that friendship started to break down, especially as Santana moved from a background character to one with bigger plot lines and more screen time," Rivera revealed in her memoir. She continued to say that she and Michele didn't speak a word to each other in all of Season 6. 14. America Ferrera and Lindsay Lohan (Ugly Betty)

Not only were the two not vibing, but Lohan was known to trash her dressing room and leave cut-out tabloid photos of herself around set. 15. Taylor Momsen and the team behind Gossip Girl

This wouldn't have been a big deal had she not been in the midst of playing Jenny Humphrey on Gossip Girl. She would show up to set late, forget lines, and make other actors have to pick up her slack, which led to her being written off. 16. Archie Panjabi and Julianna Margulies (The Good Wife)

After the middle of the show's fourth season, the two actors never shared a scene together. In some scenes that necessitated them to be together, they were filmed separately and edited together. The reason behind the feud has many theories and little fact, but considering they couldn't even film their final scene together in 2015, it's safe to say it made for an awkward work environment. 17. Chevy Chase and Dan Harmon (Community)
Nbc / NBCUniversal via Getty Images Chevy Chase didn't feel like filming his last scenes for the show's third season, which led Dan Harmon to lead the cast and crew in a "fuck you" chant directed at Chase at the wrap party, in front of his family. He retaliated by leaving Harmon a rude voicemail, which Harmon then played on his podcast. Harmon left for the show's fourth season but returned for seasons 5 and 6, allegedly patching things up with Chase. 18. Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic (Castle)

Reports indicated that Fillion was always nasty toward Katic, and when things really came to a head, showrunners had them attend couples counseling to try to work things out. Katic ended up deciding to leave, and a month later, ABC opted against renewing the show. 19. Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson (The Fast and the Furious)

Vin Diesel particularly took issue and has sparred publicly with Johnson about the franchise, which he left and says he will not return to. 20. Emma Kenney and Emmy Rossum (Shameless)

In her last two seasons, rumors began circulating that Rossum's behavior on set was just a little too much for everyone else. Emma Kinney said Rossum's departure made the set "more of a positive place." 21. Wesley Snipes and the cast of Blade: Trinity

Other characters had to fill in for his dialogue because at times, he refused to speak and would only film close-ups. After a feud with the director, he'd only communicate with him through Post-it Notes. 22. Thomas Gibson and the writers on Criminal Minds

Gibson was directing an episode when he got into a fight with a writer over creative differences. In the heat of it, Gibson kicked the writer and got suspended for two episodes at first.
