Charisma Carpenter Issued A New Statement In Support Of Ray Fisher And Said Joss Whedon Was A "Tyrannical Narcissistic Boss"

Last year, actor Charisma Carpenter came forward with allegations against Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon, specifically accusing him of being abusive to her on set while she was pregnant.
John Sciulli / Getty Images for Thirst Project Whedon gave a wide-ranging interview to New York magazine this week, in which he addressed Carpenter's allegations as well as similar claims from Justice League stars Ray Fisher and Gal Gadot. He...did not come off great.
Jason Merritt / Getty Images Whedon acknowledged being "not mannerly" to Carpenter on occasion, but denied her allegations regardless. "Most of my experiences with Charisma were delightful and charming," he said. "She struggled sometimes with her lines, but nobody could hit a punch line harder than her." In response to Whedon's comments, Carpenter posted a statement on Twitter with the hashtag "#IStandWithRayFisher."
