Create a new account or log in to an existing one. Press X to continue. To use your PS Camera and enable picture-in-picture mode while you stream, select Include Video from PlayStation Camera under the Broadcast options. If you want to use voice chat as well, select Include Microphone Audio in Broadcast. Select Start Broadcasting.

How to Use Voice Chat With PS Camera

You can use the PS Camera to chat with friends during multiplayer games even if you don't have a headset. All you have to do is make sure voice chat is enabled in the game you're playing, then speak out loud. That's it!
