In an interview with South China Morning Post's Tom Taylor, Jonathan Di Bella : "When I saw him fight Josh Tonna, I had my eyes on him. I knew I was going to end up fighting him as soon as he beat Tonna. I kept preparing myself, he was the guy I’m going to face next. I saw him in his last fight, and he did well. Kickboxing is in Jonathan Di Bella s blood

The undefeated will look to keep the family legacy alive in kickboxing as he looks to capture ONE gold on October 21. Di Bella says he has been training in kickboxing since the age of two and his father was a notable fighter as well. In an interview with SCMP MMA, the Italian-Canadian fighter : "My dad was a former two-time kickboxing champion. I started training kickboxing when I was two years old. I started participating in amateur fights when I was 10 years old. I just kept on fighting and fighting." Capturing a world championship in ONE is a tall order, especially when your opponent is 'Fighting Rooser' Zhang Peimian. The 18-year-old is looking to do two things at ONE 162, capture a third world title for China and set the record for being the youngest world champion in ONE history. October 21 will be a high-stakes matchup headlining ONE 162 as Zhang Peimian and Jonathan Di Bella both want to earn their rightful place as the best in the world. To do that, they will need to win the vacant ONE strawweight kickboxing world championship.Kickboxing on the @JonathanDiBella Kickboxing on the @JonathanDiBella Poll : 0 votes Quick Links More from Sportskeeda Thank You!
