PRESENTED BY INDIANAPOLIS -- The NCAA Division II Field Hockey Committee released Sunday the 2014 tournament field. West Chester (18-2) and Stonehill (17-3) will receive first-round byes in the six-team field. In the Atlantic region, Shippensburg (15-4) will travel to Millersville (17-3) for a first-round contest at 3 p.m. ET Tuesday. The winner will meet West Chester in a semifinal matchup. LIU Post (16-3) will play host to Adelphi (14-6) in the East region first-round contest at noon Tuesday. The winner will advance to play Stonehill. Semifinals will be played at 1 and 4 p.m. Dec. 4 with the championship final being held at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 6. This year’s championship will be part of the in Louisville, Kentucky, hosted by Bellarmine and the Louisville Sports Commission.
