Share: About When he’s not paying off a loan to Tom Nook, Liam likes to report on the latest Nintendo news and admire his library of video games. His favourite Nintendo character used to be a guitar-playing dog, but nowadays he prefers to hang out with Judd the cat. Comments ) Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga is a very high quality game, especially compared to other Lego games, I can’t wait to finally play it. Force Unleashed on wii was really good, it’s a great Star Wars story. I'm getting Lego Star Wars on PS5. I can't wait to play it next week! As for the Switch itself, I have the physical release of Chrono Cross pre-ordered and I'll probably pick up Switch Sports at launch as well. Tormented Souls and The Force Unleashed are also games I want to get at some point. Tormented Souls already has a physical release announced and TFU will definitely get one from Limited Run Games at the very least, so I'll be holding out for those specifically. Haven't thought of The Stanley Parable in a long time! Hope those who have never seen it get a kick out of it. That was a golden era for Indie gaming! Preordered Lego Star Wars on Xbox and look forward to getting Switch Sports when the promised updates arrive. Hopefully golf comes in early September so I can golf with my dad on fathers day. Transiruby looks cool and is going on my wishlist. Getting Chrono Cross for sure; I've never played it. Switch Sports will inevitably suck me in to buy it eventually, whether at the start or later on. I like the art of Transiruby and I'm a metroidvania addict, so that's at least going on wishlist. I'm neither a star wars nor lego fan, so that's some easy money saved. House of the Dead for me! Easily Lego Star Wars. Big fan of the series and this one looks like it’s really shaking things up a bit. I know that Krome Studios (developers of Ty) is involved with Star Wars: The Force Unleashed so I wish best of luck for that. I'll be getting Chrono Cross and Switch Sports. Maybe Force Unleashed on sale later if it's a good port. It's all about 13 Sentinels for me. I'm waiting for Epic Chef.
Need to see some of these reviews to make a call..currently I'm eyeing like 4 or 5 games this month. Nintendo Switch Sports isn’t the sequel to Wii Sports Resort I was hoping for, but it’s better than nothing. I'm waiting for that shadowrun trilogy
Why did you tell to me the game that I have no interest at all? Lego star wars (and all Lego games for that matter) are iconic for being goofy abd not taking itself seriously, if that's what bothers you then the game was not made for you I'm really really looking forward to seeing real footage of Lego Star wars for Switch and reading some reviews. I want it to be good!!!!!!!!!!! So many fine additions to my collection... Only two of these seem any good to me, surely there is more exciting games coming this month over most of these.. 13 Sentinels and Chrono Cross look great, wish we were still getting Advance Wars this month though... Parkasaurus gets the nod over House of the Dead? I’ve got Lego Star Wars preordered, and I’ll probably get Force Unleashed if it eventually gets a physical, but one of my most anticipated games next month is Pocky and Rocky Reshrined. I dig me some Star Wars but i’ll wait for the reviews to see if TT can pull off greater gameplay depth before i consider the new lego game. And then i’ll not believe the reviews and try it on deep sale years later.
Don’t need to play through Force Unleashed again. It’s okay..
Chrono Cross and that’s about it. Nintendo logic
Star Wars is ok
Advance Wars isn't
Ridiculous! Advance Wars was delayed, it’s not an April game anymore. yes I know because of the war but Star WARs is getting released, makes no sense Nintendo didn't make Lego Star Wars, so I'm not sure how this is their fault.
Because Star Wars is compete fantasy with space ships & space weapons and Advance wars is based on real human war’s & weapons. Kinda hard to believe that Lego Star Wars is the first new mainline Lego game in 3 years. At one point Warner Bros/Traveler's Tales were releasing multiple Lego titles each year. Tormented Souls looks promising. Also quite excited about House of the Dead for the nostalgia. Just Wii Sports 4 for me. is it now? Well I don’t see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I guess April is backlog month for me. This definitely adds a whole new definition to the word ‘exciting’. Nintendolife having to pad out their usual bland articles I guess. the default now is apparently to just ‘blame Nintendo’. Of course, we all know everything on the Switch is made by Nintendo! It's their system, so everything on it ultimately comes down to them I guess. It's a good thing people still don't just refer to any game system as a "Nintendo," or Nintendo would really be getting into a lot of trouble... LEGO Star Wars SS insta-buy Chrono Cross probable insta-buy (nostalgia) Nintendo Switch Sports insta-buy Star Wars Force Unleashed inst-buy (for Wii nostalgia tbh) 13 Sentinels reviews required. On wishlist like the others LEGO Star Wars will benefit from the clear release window. April is looking particularly quiet on Switch - good job we already know there's a lot of great games coming a little later this year! Only Chrono Cross for me (PC). May Lego Star Wars down the road in a sale (also PC) Just give me a port of star wars jedi power battles from PS1 plz Another awesome month!
13 Sentinels is the highlight for me, but I'm also very interested in Lego Star Wars and Switch Sports, will wait for reviews. And maybe I'll get again Tormented Souls and Chrono Cross, as I really really enjoyed them. Ah, and I'm missing House of the Dead remake in this list! Lego star wars, but I'm worried how it will run on the switch. Thinking I should have gone Xbox now, but handheld is more likely to get finished! i'll buy lego star wars, 13 sentinels, switch sports and maybe the show Switch Sports for sure, as I’ve got it preordered. I’m really tempted by the Stanley Parable since I’ve always been on consoles and thus have been waiting for the console version for forever. April looks like a solid month. I'm totally in for Chrono Cross, Chinatown Detective Agency, Tormented Souls, and SW: The Force Unleashed, all on day 1. I might also add Nintendo Switch Sports, but later. About Lego SW, I'll be waiting for a 2nd hand copy, if I ever decide to get it. Not worth to get a game that's released together with its DLC (some of which being preorder exclusives) full price. Just say no if you don't like the publisher's behavior, it won't harm you at all. Also, I'm not gonna get Sherlock Holmes either, as it doesn't make sense to spend 30 nor 25€ for it when it's for sale for 6€ on Steam, and it's possible to get the whole collection for 35. The publisher should keep in mind that most Switch owners also own a PC. Some Nintendo Switch impressions of LEGO Star Wars.
Looks good and runs smooth regarding the tester (google translate from french) The Lego Star Wars game looks epic, and a total evolution for the series, last time that happened was with Lego city on the Wii, so great news it's coming to the Switch, although I may get this initially for my Series X. Switch sports also looks amazing, the design and players look very good, and the fact they will be adding more sports over time and new ones is good too, hoping for some sort of explorable HUB area to be revealed. I already preordered a physical of Lego Star Wars so to get the extra characters. I have The Force Unleashed on PS2 or PS3 (I can't remember) so I really should play it there, especially if it is PS3. No doubt I'll get it on Switch once cheap. It's the way of The Force.
