Splatoon 3 How to Use a Tri-Stringer
Posted By: Mykel Brighton: August 29, 2022In: Features, Gaming, NintendoTags: Guide, splatoon 3No Comments Print Email Splatoon 3 looks and feels just as exciting and fun as the previous additions in the franchise. However, with this latest game, players can bask in new, satisfying weapons. One of which is the Tri-Stringer. So, do you want to learn how to use it before the game is released? We will explain all you need to know about the Tri-Stringer, so you’re ready to cause havoc with this bow weapon in Splatoon 3. How to Use a Tri-Stringer in Splatoon 3
Character customization is not the only major feature in the latest Splatoon game. There are brand new weapons ready for players to bring absolute chaos with. Although they are all just as fun as the game itself, the Tri-Stringer will certainly leave a lasting impression. Resembling a bow and arrow, or maybe even a ballista, the Tri-Stringer is a unique choice of destruction weapon in Splatoon 3. It is a first-of-its-kind in the game, and it comes with some awesome versatility. This way, you can better adapt to your changing circumstances. To start, you can use the Tri-Stringer in Splatoon 3 just by pressing ZR. As for how it functions, it fires off three projectiles. Depending on how your character is moving, how these come out will change. If you’re on the ground and firing, the projectiles release horizontally. Meanwhile, when you fire mid-jump, the Tri-Stringer releases a vertical shot in Splatoon 3. How long you hold the trigger plays a large role too. A quick tap equals a quick, albeit short, shot that can cover the ground around you. Hold the trigger for a few seconds for a mid-range shot if you want to spread your coverage more. Lastly, you can hold longer for a shot with great range. In Splatoon 3, this is ideal if enemies are further away and you want at least some damage with your Tri-Stringer. And that’s the gists of using the new Tri-Stringer weapon in the game. It’s not the most damaging weapon, but there’s no denying how much fun you can have with it. Related
